Eligibility and Accounts
- You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements to use the bot.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account access.
- Organization administrators are responsible for the actions of authorized users.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Services to violate laws, infringe rights, or abuse others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the Services or infrastructure.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse data beyond intended features.
Service-Specific Terms
Case Manager
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of submitted data.
- Only authorized team members should access sensitive case information.
Discord Bot
- Administrators must ensure the bot has appropriate permissions.
- Usage must follow server rules and Discord policies.
Intellectual Property
The Services, branding, and related content are owned by SGI Group. You retain ownership of your content while granting us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Services.
Termination & Liability
We may suspend access for violations or security risks. Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGI Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
